Direct Care Professional (HHA)
Our home health company requires a caring and compassionate Direct Care Professional to work with elderly clients in the local area. Your tasks will include but are not limited to: assisting clients with personal care and health monitoring, helping to maintain a clean home environment for each client, and accompanying clients to appointments and/or running errands. The successful candidate will also be required to maintain accurate and updated records on each of their clients. To excel in this role, one should have an interest in health care and the ability to work with limited supervision, while keeping clients needs as the top priority..Registered Nurse (RN)
The skilled nurse has clinical nursing knowledge, physical assessment skills, and teaching skills. He / She has the qualifications to be directly responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and documenting nursing care for a designated group of patients in accordance with the physician’s plan of care and Empowerment Homes, Inc.’s policies and procedures. The provisions of quality care are accomplished by implementing the plan of care, supervising, coordinating services provided, and utilizing LPNs, HHAs, & STNAs to do so effectively. The skilled nurse is expected to perform job duties at clients’ homes during the agreed upon hours. The employee will also be expected to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
